What began as a lo-fi bedroom project by prolific writer, producer and multi-instrumentalist Anthony Masino, who has worked with Thee Sacred Souls, Lee Fields and Jensine Benitez, "I'm Lonely" is a perfect snapshot of Masino's unpretentious, Anglophile pop sensibility and is accompanied by a laid-back groove that lulls you into a techno-tinged dreamscape of raw emotion and swirling guitars as he struggles to find hope in the ever-present fear of loneliness. Along with his producer Joe Harrison on flute and Jensine Benitez on backing vocals, "All I Need" is a beat-forward banger whose soulful momentum and sparse arrangement is sure to catch the attention of beatmakers and producers.
