Description
The debut LP of duo and internet phenomenon Mademoiselle KT (Katia) and Mademoiselle L (Lexie) aka THE FRENCH MADEMOISELLES was produced by Thierry Wolf, who has previously worked with Petula Clark, Elvis Costello, The Nashville Pussy, Iggy Pop and The Alexandrov Red Army Choir.
Their chansons are chewing gum pop made in Paris, groovy and cynical, with a 1960s vintage film atmosphere and reference to the legendary chanteuse Jacqueline Taïeb, from whom the band name was also borrowed.
